Could not fault the staff at C&S roofing, really easy to deal with and reliable. I was in need of some repairs to my roof (tiles and leadwork) as there was a leak. They diagnosed the problem quickly and the price was good. The job was completed under the estimated time which was great. Very satisfied and will be using them again for my other properties.

Conservatory Roof - Waterproofing and Re-pointing

I rang the company and left a message. within a short time I received a call back whereupon I described my problem with a leaking Conservatory Roof. They arranged for someone to visit the following day and quote for the job. I accepted the quote and within a few days they arrived to carry out the work. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and quality of the job. The guys were very polite punctual and tidy. The roof no longer leaks and I am so pleased. New Roof

Charlie and team did an excellent job. Very please with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone who has a roof problem. Job was replacement of the whole roof and utilising the old tiles ( plus a few reclaimed) providing and installing new breathable felt and new battens. A very good job at competitive price.

New Flat Roof

Although the work was completed and the roof doesn’t leak anymore so far, I was disappointed that after a quote of £2,050 to replace a dormer flat roof and some work to the chimney we were asked for another £250 just a few days before Christmas. The ‘extras’ were for one new board, extra ridge, additional slating and repointing to chimney. Personally I was surprised that the quoted price wasn’t enough and felt it was actually a Christmas tip I was paying for. Perhaps it ‘looked like we could afford it’ . We settled for an extra £200 after we queried it. As we’re OAPS we can’t see the work.
